Want to spice up your off the pole / apparatus work with some floor sequences? I got you! Let’s work on kips, tricks, rolls and sequences to give some flair to the floor! Suitable for all levels – heels and knees pads recommended but not necessary.
Casey has been pole dancing since June 2020 after her hens party pole class (actually was at TPG!!) started it all. She has not stopped since and it’s become way more than a hobby! She has competed in MPD amateur, Exo Gen (Aus, France and Worlds Online) Floorplay and Pole Expressions. Her number one focus in pole is self expression, followed by community support and technique.
